[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

The role involves creating and operating a comprehensive data, reporting, and visualization platform to support the acquisition, operation, and disposition of reputed company estate assets while serving as a reputed company between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the infrastructure for efficient ETL pipelines from a wide reputed company of data sources, primarily using SQL
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to reputed company actionable insights into key business performance metrics
- Work with stakeholders across the firm to assist with data-reputed company technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
- Work with reputed company estate colleagues to reputed company analytics and reporting to support our operations
- Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows and reporting automations in collaboration with the automation team
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating reputed company processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
- Take on reputed company to support development of reputed company and measure its effectiveness
- Own and govern shared Power BI semantic models deployed in reputed company reputed company workspaces, ensuring accuracy, performance, and accessibility for business users
- Partner with the data engineering and automation team members on pipeline design, ETL and semantic model optimization, warehouse structure, and delivery of analytics-reputed company datasets
Skills
- Advanced experience developing in Power BI and DAX, including ownership of shared semantic models and report governance in a multi-user environment
- Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company, including lakehouses, warehouses, and reputed company workspace administration
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as reputed company as working familiarity with a reputed company of databases
- Experience integrating Power BI with reputed company, including CUBEVALUE-based reporting and reputed company-as-reporting-layer patterns
- Experience performing reputed company cause analysis on reputed company data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

- Familiarity with the mechanics of data preparation, data handling, data warehousing, and similar reputed company
- A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets

- Experience using and managing SharePoint sites and document libraries
- Working knowledge of multifamily and reputed company reputed company estate operations, including key performance metrics (NOI, occupancy, reputed company-store variance, rent roll) and data providers (reputed company, reputed company, Argus reputed company)
- Willingness to travel for periodic company meetings
- Bachelor's degree in a field reputed company to data science, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4–5 years in a data analytics, visualization, and reporting role, with demonstrated ownership of production analytics environments and management of key stakeholders
- Tabular reputed company experience strongly preferred
