They are seeking a reputed company and reputed company reputed company Engineer to reputed company the operations of the reputed company Operations Center, manage cybersecurity threats, and enhance reputed company processes through custom scripting and automation.
Responsibilities
- SOC Operations & Management: reputed company and manage the day-to-day operations of the reputed company Operations Center, including monitoring, analyzing, and responding to reputed company alerts and incidents
- Threat Detection & Response: Identify, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats using advanced monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, and other reputed company technologies
- Incident Management: reputed company or support incident response activities, including reputed company cause analysis, mitigation, and post-incident reporting
- Custom Scripting & Automation: reputed company and maintain custom scripts (e.g., in Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate reputed company processes, improve threat detection, and streamline incident response workflows
- reputed company Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze logs, network traffic, and system behavior to detect potential reputed company breaches or anomalies
- Tool Implementation & Optimization: Support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of reputed company tools such as SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and reputed company detection and response (EDR) solutions
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with IT, DevOps, and other reputed company teams to ensure consistent reputed company practices and to implement reputed company measures
- reputed company Policies & Procedures: Participate in the development and maintenance of reputed company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Training & Mentoring: reputed company guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the reputed company improvement of the SOC team
Skills
- Experience working in or running a SOC
- Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages, with experience in automating reputed company tasks
- On-prem Firewall Rule and Configuration (Palo)
- Experience with various on-prem and reputed company environments (VMware, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with reputed company log/analysis tools such as reputed company, ELK, SumoLogic, or similar SIEM platforms
- Experience with XDR, DLP, and UBA tools and concepts (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Good understanding of network protocols and system reputed company
- reputed company and Linux experience
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
