[Remote] IT Ops Junior Administrator

Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile reputed company IT Ops Technology tickets reputed company the Crash ticketing system
- reputed company project support for the IT Ops Technology department, including scheduling, taking meeting notes, and completing project tasks
- Manage IT Ops Technology tasks for M&A and realignment reputed company
- reputed company scheduled administrative configurations in systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, D365, Clearent, and internal system trackers
- Assist the IT Ops Technology Director and System Admins with departmental reputed company as needed
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry
- Excellent typing and note-taking abilities
- Proficiency in Outlook and CCC ONE end-user skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments
- Attention to detail, self-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with reputed company, Mitchell, Audatex, Clearent, and D365
- Proven ability to drive process and performance improvements
- Experience managing multiple tasks and project responsibilities simultaneously
