[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to support the reputed company operations, ensure financial accuracy, and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes by preparing journal entries, supporting schedules, and financial reconciliations
- Prepare, review, and maintain general reputed company account reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and internal reporting packages
- reputed company variance analysis by comparing financial results to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying trends and providing recommendations
- Support reputed company recognition processes in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- reputed company daily cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash reporting
- Assist with the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to external audit requests
- Support annual tax reporting requirements by gathering, organizing, and validating financial data
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening internal controls to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support reputed company system enhancements that improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Payroll, and other departments to resolve reputed company issues and support organizational initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reputed company best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
- Two to three years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and experience working with reputed company and financial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
