Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive change management plans to support Global Supply Chain key strategic initiatives including major digital tool deployments across reputed company sectors
- reputed company end-to-end business change activities for transformation and reputed company improvement initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and measurable reputed company
- Assess the reputed company of change initiatives and reputed company tailored approaches to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Assess change impacts across processes, digital systems, stakeholders and culture, tailoring change approaches to minimize resistance and deliver results
- Drive proactive collaboration with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to secure reputed company alignment and demonstrable backing for every change initiative. Design, create and deliver effective communication and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions

- Support implementation through user engagement, training materials, user guides and feedback loops to improve adoption and satisfaction

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, reputed company, reputed company Project Management or reputed company field and minimum 14 years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 12 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of change management frameworks such as reputed company, ADKAR, or Kotter's 8-reputed company Change Model
- Experience delivering large-reputed company transformation programs and driving adoption across multi-business-unit, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated experience establishing and executing reputed company change management strategies which reputed company to business objectives and goals
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including presentation delivery, with the ability to influence at reputed company reputed company
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs reputed company to change management
