[Remote] Senior Finance Manager

This role is responsible for leading the delivery, accuracy, and reputed company improvement of financial outputs, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen controllership discipline across the Americas Division, ensuring reputed company outputs are accurate, complete and reputed company with Group requirements
- Partner with local Finance teams to improve month-end reputed company reputed company, including accruals, cut-off, reconciliations and balance sheet discipline
- Review key Balance Sheet areas, ensuring balances are properly supported, risks are identified and follow-up actions are tracked
- Support implementation of Group internal control standards, identifying control gaps and driving remediation where required
- Coordinate audit, statutory and / or compliance deliverables across the Region
- Support newly acquired businesses from a controllership perspective, including reporting alignment, account mapping and reputed company process improvements
- Own the end-to-end coordination and delivery of the Americas Division's monthly management reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness
- Ensure consistent application of Group reporting standards, assumptions and KPI definitions across the Americas Division
- Take full responsibility for key month-end Finance processes, including:
- Variance analysis
- Systems updates and validations
- Data reputed company and reconciliation checks
- reputed company the Division's forecasting and budgeting processes, including timetable management and consolidation
- Challenge inputs and assumptions from across the Region to ensure forecasts are robust and reputed company
- Ensure P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and supplementary data are fully integrated and reputed company
- reputed company reputed company, insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, risks and opportunities
- Translate reputed company financial data into concise, decision-reputed company commentary for senior management
- Own the Americas Finance systems landscape from a functional perspective
