[Remote] Technical Account Manager - AI AppSec Startup

As the Founding Technical Account Manager, you'll be responsible for reputed company and technical account management, working directly with customers and internal teams to ensure clients realize value quickly while shaping the reputed company of the customer function.
Responsibilities
- Own customer reputed company and implementation from reputed company-off through to adoption
- reputed company as the trusted technical advisor for reputed company customers
- Build strong relationships with reputed company, engineering and IT stakeholders
- reputed company technical workshops, product demonstrations and enablement sessions
- Troubleshoot customer issues, working closely with engineering where required
- Capture customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption

- Support renewals and expansion opportunities alongside the reputed company team
Skills
- Experience in Technical Account reputed company Engineering, reputed company Engineering or Sales Engineering
- Strong technical understanding of reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, networking or cybersecurity
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and business value with executives
- Experience supporting reputed company customers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
- Excited by building functions rather than inheriting established processes
- Experience working in cybersecurity or reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company, identity, vulnerability management or attack surface management
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP
