[Remote] Commissions Analyst

You will be a key player in the administration of our commissions process, leveraging your prior experience to support reputed company and solve challenges collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly & quarterly commission calculations, and aid in the administration and design of commission plans for various functions across the Sales organization
- Handle reputed company updates and enhancements to the commission software
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting for rep KPIs and reputed company towards targets
- Create reputed company commissions plans and support enablement of reputed company new commissionable employees
- reputed company ongoing analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Consolidates data reports to help drive data-based strategic decision making

Skills
- 2+ Years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably at an reputed company reputed company/software company, with heavy analytics reputed company
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Experience with Xactly or similar commission software
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Must be intellectually curious, strategic, and reputed company on diving into reputed company problems
