[Remote] Business Development Manager

Rocketstay is a hospitality management company that helps property owners maximize reputed company through professionally managed short-term rentals. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building reputed company’s reputed company reputed company by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, mass email campaigns, networking, referrals, reputed company media, and other reputed company strategies
- Maintain high level of sales activity, including 50+ outbound calls per week and consistent outbound email prospecting
- reputed company and manage relationships with hotels and short-term rental properties
- Build and maintain an healthy B2B Sales pipeline from initial prospecting through signed agreements
- Present reputed company’s short-term rental management services and communicate the value of partnering with us
- Negotiate reputed company and successfully reputed company new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth reputed company experience for new partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business reputed company
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management
- Previous business development experience in the hotel, hospitality, or short-term rental industry is required
- Familiarity with South Florida hospitality and short-term rental market
- Proven reputed company record of prospecting, generating leads, negotiating, and closing deals
- Familiarity with reputed company, VRBO, or Booking.com
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and building a network from the ground up
- Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment
