This role involves providing advanced analytics to improve pharmacy benefit utilization and clinical reputed company while collaborating with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

- Independently partner with business teams to define pharmacy analytics needs and reputed company predictive models, dashboards, utilization analyses, and performance metrics
- Serve as a pharmacy analytics advisor on reputed company and cross-functional initiatives
- Translate pharmacy business rules and policies into analytical models and reporting solutions while acting as a reputed company between Pharmacy, Analytics, IT, and reputed company Information Management teams

Skills

- Experience analyzing pharmacy claims, formulary performance, drug mix, utilization trends, rebates, and adherence metrics (PDC/MPR)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building predictive and explanatory models reputed company to pharmacy utilization, cost, and reputed company
