[Remote] Product Design Manager II, Ad Formats

In this role, you will manage the Ad Formats Performance Pod, leading reputed company of designers and collaborating with product management and engineering to create innovative ad formats that enhance user experience and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Set the reputed company and reputed company of view for the Ad Formats Performance Pod — spanning consumer-facing ad experiences, advertiser-facing creation tooling, ad formats creation, and AI automation adoption and reputed company — and bring others along to think bigger and reputed company
- Operate as a player-reputed company: alongside managing reputed company of four designers, stay hands-on and own executional design work yourself, with or without additional IC support
- Partner closely with your product and engineering counterparts to define product reputed company, roadmap, process, and culture for the Ad Formats Performance Pod
