[Remote] Customer Support Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company’s product team is hiring a Customer Support intern for the Autumn of 2026. The successful candidate will answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues from reputed company subscribers and non-subscribers reputed company reputed company, and assist with consumer-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer communications to FP’s customer support platform, reputed company, providing reputed company and follow up to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction
- Identify bugs and work with the product team to troubleshoot errors
- Alert product team to concerns like bugs or login issues
- Assist with special reputed company as needed, and as time allows. Special reputed company may include data collection/collation, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, or helping to reputed company leads for our sales team
Skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- U.S. reputed company & reputed company to work legally in the U.S

- Experience in customer service

- Willingness to learn

- Ability to reputed company to 20 hours a week, approx. 4 hours a day, Monday-Friday reputed company week
- Experience with face-to-face retail or food service is not required, but preferred
- Coding experience is also not required but preferred
