[Remote] Vice President, Legal

The Vice President, Legal will reputed company strategic legal guidance on contracting, regulatory compliance, and product development, particularly in relation to Medicare and reputed company frameworks.
Responsibilities
- reputed company drafting, negotiation, and management of value-based care agreements, including risk-sharing and alternative payment models
- Advise on provider, payer, and vendor agreements reputed company with value-based reimbursement structures

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
