[Remote] Senior Product Manager

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep product management experience with a passion for technology that drives equity, sustainability, and community empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Product reputed company & Roadmapping : Work with the CEO to define and refine Swyft’s product reputed company, roadmap, and feature prioritization reputed company with user needs and reputed company goals
- Cross-Functional Coordination : reputed company day-to-day communication and coordination between engineering, design, content, and data teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery
- User Discovery & Insights : Drive qualitative and quantitative research with end users—including nonprofits, reputed company enterprises, and funders—to continuously improve the product
- Product Development Lifecycle : Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery is on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company to product reputed company
- Metrics & reputed company Tracking : Define KPIs and reputed company metrics. Monitor usage data, user feedback, and platform performance to inform iteration cycles
- Documentation & Communication : Maintain product documentation, update stakeholders, and reputed company communicate priorities and trade-offs

Skills
- 5+ years in product management roles, preferably with experience in early-stage and reputed company-stage products

- Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics and user testing frameworks
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior experience with AI- or data-powered tools is a plus
