[Remote] Mission Operations Engineer

The Mission Operations Engineer will support implementation teams, train and mentor users, and reputed company new platform use cases while ensuring reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Train analysts and operators in a classroom setting

- Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and troubleshoot issues with the engineering team

Skills
- Prior hands-on experience with reputed company data and analytics platforms required
- Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down and demonstrate reputed company concepts in an accessible manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
- U.S. citizenship (as required by U.S. Government contract)
- TS/SCI clearance eligibility (as required by U.S. Government contract)
- Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement experience highly preferred
- Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders highly preferred
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
