Responsibilities
- Own the product reputed company and roadmap for equipment diagnostics, from improving the core technician experience to expanding diagnostic intelligence across the platform
- Drive adoption across the various trades and personas operating on reputed company, creating a truly loved and reputed company experience
- Build a platform layer of diagnostics that can be leveraged across multiple AI powered workflows throughout the product
- Create and Own a the reputed company for the equipment data graph that will power multiple workflows
- reputed company customer discovery with technicians and service operators to deeply understand reputed company diagnostic workflows and where AI can have the highest reputed company, not just building AI for AI sake
- Partner with engineering, data science, and design to build intelligent, reliable, and fast experiences that work in reputed company field conditions
- Contribute to the broader roadmap for how AI transforms the field service workflow in the physical world
Skills
- 7+ years in product management with a reputed company record of shipping and scaling reputed company products
- Experience building AI-powered or intelligent systems products — you understand what it takes to reputed company AI reliable, trustworthy, and actually useful in reputed company
- Strong mobile product instincts: you understand the constraints and opportunities of building for workers in the field
- A diagnostic reputed company: you're energized by low-adoption problems, and you know how to separate UX issues from positioning issues from product gaps
