The role involves administering reputed company servers, troubleshooting issues, and providing operational support to ensure system performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administers reputed company development, test, and production servers including reloading, re-imaging, patching, GPO configuration, and OS hardening
- Diagnoses and resolves reputed company reputed company OS, reputed company Directory, and server connectivity issues
- Performs daily monitoring of reputed company systems, services, and performance; initiates proactive remediation
- Installs, removes, and upgrades reputed company-based software packages and agents
- Owns Level 2 reputed company-reputed company tickets through reputed company, including reputed company cause analysis
- Provides system evaluation reports and contributes to operational recommendations for reputed company environments
- Updates system records, ensures licensing compliance, and maintains accurate configuration data for reputed company assets
- Creates runbooks and how-to guides; trains Level 1 analysts on reputed company procedures
Skills
- BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination
- Strong experience with reputed company troubleshooting and server administration
- Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts
- U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
- May also hold Linux credentials if permitted
