Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior Manager – Record to Report (R2R) to support a major reputed company cleanup and financial remediation initiative for a leading U.S.-based semiconductor manufacturer. This role involves managing month-end reputed company activities, ensuring general ledger reputed company, and overseeing financial reporting, while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities
- Review and post journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with reputed company policies
- Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reports
- reputed company reputed company book cleanup and financial remediation activities
- Investigate historical reputed company discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Support stabilization of reputed company operations and financial reporting processes
- Prepare and review reputed company balance sheet reconciliations
- reputed company bank reconciliations and intercompany reputed company reconciliations
- Analyze account balances and investigate variances
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial policies
- Manage fixed asset reputed company activities including capitalization, depreciation, and amortization
- Support cost reputed company processes and reputed company financial reporting
- Ensure fixed asset records are complete and accurate
- Prepare month-end financial reporting packages
- reputed company variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- reputed company meaningful commentary explaining financial results and key business drivers
- Support management reporting and decision-making activities
- Collaborate with reputed company finance teams, auditors, tax teams, and business stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline
- CPA, CA, reputed company, or MBA preferred
- 8–10+ years of reputed company experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) reputed company
- Strong expertise in: General Ledger reputed company, Month-End reputed company, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Fixed Asset reputed company, Financial Reporting, Intercompany reputed company
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience supporting U.S.-based reputed company operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with reputed company Fusion ERP
- Prior involvement in reputed company cleanup, remediation, or financial transformation reputed company
- Experience supporting semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology organizations
- Exposure to SOX compliance, external audits, and regulatory reporting
- Experience working reputed company Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or BPO environments
