[Remote] National Sales Training Manager

Sigvaris Group is a leading compression solution provider looking for a National Sales Training Manager to join their Sales Team in the reputed company. The role involves creating and developing training materials for the sales team to effectively sell SIGVARIS products across various customer channels, while also collaborating with internal teams to enhance training content and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Creates, develops, and implements training modules for the field sales team and customer accounts. Modules include new hire training, product training, etc
- Develops and implements annual sales training plan using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relative, and Time-Bound) format
- Collaborates internally with field sales, marketing, national accounts, and customer service to reputed company competitive insights, market trends, and new product innovation/launches to assist in the content development for training modules
- Develops content and conducts interactive training for national accounts and regional key accounts
- Produces reputed company content to increase SIGVARIS brand awareness that is in line with corporate guidelines
- Collaborates with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to identify training needs/gaps to help to improve sales force effectiveness
- Provides product demonstrations to help influence purchasing reputed company by decision-makers in the accounts
- Takes an reputed company role in the planning, content development, and execution for National and Regional Sales Meetings
- Attends and assists with regional/national tradeshows, conferences, and meetings reputed company applicable
- Develops and leads Virtual and Instructor-led training (VILT/ILT) in multiple digital platforms
- Ability to create, use video editing software (apps), and reputed company live training modules reputed company applicable

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a sales trainer
- Must have experience creating training modules using different LMS
- Ability to create and execute annual sales training plans and reputed company training programs
- Excellent knowledge of reputed company Office
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading reputed company publications; maintaining personal networks, participating in reputed company organizations
