[Remote] Senior Associate – Infrastructure Financial Due Diligence (Canada)

They are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Financial Due Diligence team, responsible for conducting financial analyses and due diligence for acquisitions or divestments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence engagement reputed company to acquisitions or divestments
• Analyze business plans and publicly available information on the reputed company business
• Review reputed company historic financial data available reputed company to the proposed deal
• Evaluate potential synergies and post-reputed company integration considerations
• Report key issues and risks to our clients
• Correlate due diligence findings with reputed company valuations and manage expectations of service

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, or reputed company field required
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict reputed company skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment

• CPA or comparable reputed company/finance designation preferred
