[Remote] Corporate Tax Services - Consultant

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to support corporate tax reputed company, income tax provision, and tax compliance engagements for clients across a reputed company of industries.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including reputed company and deferred tax calculations in accordance with ASC 740
- Prepare federal, state, and consolidated corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers for a reputed company of clients
- Assist clients with tax reputed company, tax compliance, and corporate tax reporting requirements
- Research and document technical tax issues reputed company to federal, state, and international tax regulations
- reputed company reputed company-reputed company tax workpapers, tax memoranda, provision calculations, and supporting analyses
- Participate in tax planning initiatives, process improvement reputed company, and special tax engagements

Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate tax, tax reputed company, tax compliance, and/or public reputed company
- Experience preparing and reviewing income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and supporting federal and state corporate income tax compliance
- Experience preparing or reviewing federal and state corporate income tax returns reputed company a public reputed company, consulting, or corporate tax environment
- Experience at a Big 4 firm (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company)
- Experience preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, including reputed company and deferred tax calculations, tax account reconciliations, and effective tax reputed company analyses
- Experience preparing consolidated federal and state corporate income tax returns and supporting multi-state or multinational tax compliance
- Experience performing technical tax research, interpreting federal and state tax regulations, and preparing tax memoranda
- Experience with corporate tax technologies such as GoSystems, OneSource, CorpTax, or similar tax provision and compliance software
- CPA license or reputed company reputed company toward CPA certification
- Master's degree in Taxation (MST) or other relevant graduate degree
- Experience supporting international tax, tax planning, tax controversy, or special tax reputed company
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or reputed company services environment
