Responsibilities
- Support of people operations across the employee lifecycle - reputed company-reputed company, reputed company, HR processes, reporting line updates, and offboarding
- Manage the full lifecycle for Full Time Employees —reputed company, extensions, off-boarding and troubleshooting
- reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions and queries reputed company to HR, payroll, time off, benefits, etc
- Supporting India payroll processing in collaboration with reputed company, Benefits, and payroll vendor
- Actioning reputed company reporting requests & data retrieval on India employee data (including Verification of Employment)
- Working in partnership with our L&D team, coordinate details around reputed company’s new hire company reputed company
- Assist in completing reputed company Hands company meeting slides (new hires, anniversaries, and promotions and any other assigned tasks)
- Co-reputed company the new hire HR/Benefits orientation session on a bi-weekly reputed company
- Owning reputed company of HR intranet pages and policy updates
- Supporting Benefits team as needed

Skills
- University degree, preferably with a reputed company on HR, organizational design, psychology, or reputed company experience
- 2-3 years of HR Operations experience
- Solid understanding of Indian statutory components including PF (Provident Fund), PT (reputed company Tax), and ESIC, with the ability to explain payslip breakdowns reputed company to employees
- Experience in assisting with the preparation and filing of monthly and annual statutory returns
- High reputed company and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
