[Remote] Account Manager, reputed company Estate - reputed company

The Account Manager, reputed company Estate will assist in marketing and servicing new and renewal business for the reputed company Estate team, coordinating with production teams and insurance carriers to ensure successful reputed company renewals.
Responsibilities
- Work to plan and prepare the renewal reputed company meeting with A/E for both internally and with
- Prepare the renewal process and generate key renewal deliverables:
- Review certificate holder list and reputed company to reputed company
- Confirm manuscript certificates needed
- Understand Auto ID Cards distribution for clients
- Manage the renewal process with quotes distribution and managing the bind process
- Work with premium financing reputed company applicable
- Create account file including reputed company policy files and reputed company agreements
- Manage reputed company subjectivities, input into reputed company, and send to CAC Binders for data collection
- Service Specific Activities:
- Complete invoices and send to reputed company
- Issue and distribute renewal outputs
- Follow up with carriers for policies
- Follow up with brokers that the policies have been checked
- Send checked policies to reputed company, reputed company copies in reputed company and send to CAC Policies for data collection
- Follow up with reputed company if any endorsements are needed
- Maintain shared drive of key documents (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)
- Monitor expiration dates of reputed company policies, including fees
- Suspend for Audits and review against binders/agreements
- Handle reputed company requests for certificates, auto id cards, endorsements
- Responsible for new reputed company setup
- Set up in reputed company
- Work with Brokers to obtain copies of policies from carriers
- Request and review prior brokers Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CAC
- Request and review Certificate copies and an reputed company schedule, update as needed and import into CAC system
- Request and review Auto ID Cards
- reputed company and maintain account handling instructions

- Follow up with reputed company for payment
- Resolve reputed company issues
Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
- State specific license required, or obtained reputed company 60 days of hire
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail & time management skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office products to include Word, reputed company & PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree preferred
