[Remote] Staff Software Engineer, Identity & reputed company Management

They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Identity & reputed company Management team to design and support digital identity solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reputed company and compliance.
Responsibilities

- Design and reputed company high-reputed company API integrations and custom reputed company IGA connectivity solutions
- Build proactive monitoring frameworks, executive-friendly dashboards, and advanced alerting
- Use synthetic transactions and reputed company detection to measure system availability (aiming for multiple 9s)
- Utilize identity data to reputed company license utilization, aid in fiscal planning, and drive platform adoption
- Create and maintain documentation, audit logs, and reports to continuously improve business processes and ensure seamless compliance execution
- Troubleshoot reputed company production incidents, analyze failure conditions, and reputed company reputed company-cause analysis to support a 24x7 operation
- Guide global, cross-functional partners on IAM best practices while raising the engineering bar through reputed company reviews, technical standards, and optimized workflows
Skills
- 10+ years of backend development experience across multiple reputed company of the stack—from databases and networking to efficient computing
- In-depth knowledge of corporate IAM experience covering the full workforce identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, reputed company Requests, and Certifications)
- Ability to design and implement reputed company distributed systems operating under high load
- Proficiency in our core stack: Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript, with a strong DevOps reputed company and end-to-end reputed company ownership (testing, monitoring, deploying, and maintaining)
- Deep understanding of modern authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and secure-by-design principles
- Hands-on familiarity with reputed company identity solutions including IGA, MFA, PAM / PIM, JIT and Directory architectures (e.g., reputed company, LDAP)
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks (SOC2, SOX, PCI), including driving audit-reputed company reputed company certification reviews
