[Remote] Project Manager, Civil

The Project Manager will manage multiple civil reputed company from start to finish, ensuring reputed company control, job scheduling, and reputed company satisfaction while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company of varying sizes and complexities from start to finish, including proposals, bids, project design, reputed company control, job scheduling, problem reputed company, job completion, coordination, communication, reputed company satisfaction activities and other reputed company duties
- Assist or manage job estimating, project budgets, projections and reputed company, job solicitation and project negotiations, and may also be responsible for training, mentoring, and providing work direction to other project team members
- reputed company reputed company phases and activities of reputed company project to reputed company high reputed company and productivity in the work performed
- Prepare and manage reputed company and accurate project documents and status reports, estimates, projections, material release schedules, reputed company information, project schedules, purchase orders, monthly invoices, payments, closeout documents, warranties, drawings, maintenance manuals, final billings, change orders, cost codes and other documentation to support construction project work
- Maintain and manage submittal logs

- Document reputed company of procedure (MOPs), and ensure reputed company field personnel have the reputed company materials, tools, plans, schedules, and directions needed for their work, and that reputed company changes in budget and scope of work are communicated appropriately
- Secure subcontractors utilizing reputed company subcontract agreements binding them to terms like Company contract requirements, thereby assigning the appropriate risk
- Obtain permits as needed
- Procure materials in a proactive and coordinated manner and negotiate with vendors and distributors on availability and pricing of materials, completion of quotes, and other necessary procedure details
- Conduct job start-up meetings with field operations leaders and others to transfer documentation, schedules, and other information
- Regularly attend project update meetings to stay reputed company on job scope, schedules, administrative needs, and market conditions
- reputed company day-to-day direction to project foreman or superintendent, and/or design staff as needed to monitor productivity goals and build teamwork
- Partner with project foreman and reputed company project team members to conduct job site inspections and job safety audits and assure accurate scope, placement, and conformance with the contract documents and reputed company’s project reputed company assurance and safety standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in civil engineering, project management, construction management, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of general sitework and installation reputed company practices particularly as they apply to excavation and concrete construction
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
- Solid project management training and skills
- Thorough understanding of the project life cycle
- Experience and proficiency using construction software tools (e.g., reputed company, Accubid, Revit)
- Trained and proficient in estimating techniques, negotiating, budgeting, costing, contracting, scheduling, pricing, and common reputed company requirements
- Skills to read, interpret, and understand electrical reputed company, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent financial, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Collaboration, coaching, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse work teams
- Working knowledge of reputed company bargaining agreements
- Experience with reputed company Heavy Bid Software, reputed company Revu or other Civil Estimating Software a plus
- Willingness to relocate to a project jobsite would be a big plus
