Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall test reputed company, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and automated testing
• Establish and communicate test plans, schedules, resource estimates, and reputed company metrics for reputed company and releases
• Drive test automation adoption, including frameworks, tools, and reputed company testing practices
• Partner with R&D, Product Management, and DevOps teams to reputed company 'shift-left' reputed company and reputed company delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 8–12+ years of experience in software testing, reputed company engineering, or reputed company roles
• 3–5+ years of experience managing or leading software test/QA teams
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, frameworks, and lifecycle processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Demonstrated experience in test planning, defect management, and release validation
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company, prioritize effectively, and deliver against deadlines
• Experience with test automation frameworks and reputed company integration/reputed company testing practices
