[Remote] Strategic Accounts Specialist

Responsibilities
- Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain our product value
- Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate strong and lasting partnerships

- Keeps accurate records pertaining to potential case load and account notes

Skills
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1 - 3 years experience in a sales or account management position required
- Knowledge of reputed company Teams and proficient in reputed company Powerpoint
- Knowledge of MSA Terminology, Workers' Compensation and liability cases, along with an understanding of reputed company products
- Proven sales reputed company experience resulting in significant reputed company relationship reputed company
- Aptitude for solving reputed company issues for account management, sales and potential clients
- Ability to reputed company clients and prospective clients, manage and build relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Workers' Compensation and/or Medicare Set Aside Subject Matter Expert with deep domain expertise in post settlement administration for Worker's Compensation and liability cases; has an ability to explain to others through written and verbal reputed company and reputed company as a resource for Sales Operations team and Member Care Services
- Systems Subject Matter Expert with ability to navigate through multiple systems including MS Office Suite including Word and reputed company, Dynamics, reputed company, and reputed company products
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
