Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Guide customers through the application process and ensure a smooth purchasing experience
- Follow up on leads, applications, and policies
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, New Business, and reputed company teams
- Build strong customer relationships and support policyholder satisfaction

- Adhere to established sales workflows, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the sales process
