Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 12 years of technology and application development, engineering or relevant experience. A Master's degree or equivalent may substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of effectively leading, developing and guiding a technical team
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and operationalizing organizational governance frameworks, including decision rights models such as RACI or MOCHA, committee structures and accountability frameworks in reputed company, cross-functional environments
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders driving reputed company alignment across competing priorities
- Demonstrated self-awareness, cultural competency and inclusivity and ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Experience with application and API development and significant expertise in SQL and database management
