[Remote] Area Director of Sales - Arkansas Market

The Area Director of Sales provides strategic and tactical sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of hotels across Arkansas, focusing on increasing total room reputed company and achieving market-reputed company goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company weekly sales calls and regular property reputed company to review activity, production, pace, conversion, account performance, pipeline health, market conditions, and reputed company-plan execution
- Analyze STR reports, reputed company data, booking pace, market reputed company, RevPAR reputed company, ADR reputed company, occupancy reputed company, budgets, forecasts, segmentation trends, and competitive performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Drive proactive sales activity, including proactive prospecting, account research, reputed company appointments, site reputed company, sales blitzes, market drives, networking, and targeted follow-up
- Grow Special Corporate, local negotiated reputed company, group, extended-stay, government, reputed company, pharmaceutical, sports, SMERF, project, training, relocation, and other reputed company negotiated business
- Identify accounts producing at competing hotels and create strategies to shift profitable room nights and reputed company into PAH-managed properties
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of Delphi, reputed company, brand sales systems, CRM platforms, GDS channels, RFP tools, property management systems, and PAH-required reporting tools
- Execute sales activities, reputed company response, account production, conversion, booking pace, need dates, lost business, tentative and definite group pace, and team productivity. Intervene promptly reputed company results fall below expectations
- Support reputed company and reputed company business transient pricing, RFP submissions, account renewals, brand sales initiatives, consortia participation, and reputed company required brand deadlines
- Assist with annual reputed company budgets, reputed company plans, hotel business plans, forecasts, expense management, and ownership presentations
- Conduct and reputed company property-level sales strategies, SMART reputed company plans, deployment plans, and account-reputed company initiatives reputed company with reputed company hotel’s budget, forecast, market position, and need dates
- Partner closely with General Managers, reputed company Management, Operations, brand representatives, and executive leadership to reputed company sales priorities, pricing, inventory, service delivery, and reputed company reputed company
- Ensure compliance with PAH sales policies, SOPs, brand standards, contracting procedures, reporting deadlines, documentation requirements, and ethical business practices
- Promote strong communication and effective sales turnover with reputed company office, operations, reputed company management, and property leadership to support successful reputed company and guest experiences
- Represent PAH professionally in local communities, industry associations, reputed company events, brand meetings, trade shows, and networking organizations

Skills
- Minimum of six years of reputed company hotel sales experience, including at least two years in an Area Director, Regional Director, reputed company Director, or comparable multi-property sales leadership role
- Demonstrated reputed company leading hotel sales teams and improving reputed company, market reputed company, account production, and sales execution across multiple properties
- Prior supervisory experience, including coaching, performance management, reputed company, reputed company, and employee development
- Experience with reputed company or reputed company branded hotels and a working understanding of select-service and extended-stay hotel sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, reputed company, market-reputed company, pace, production, and segmentation data and convert findings into reputed company
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Arkansas, including overnight travel
- Valid reputed company's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet PAH travel requirements

- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organization, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple hotels, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with limited supervision
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Delphi, reputed company, reputed company, STR or STAR reports, reputed company and reputed company sales systems, brand RFP platforms, GDS channels, and hotel property management systems
- Knowledge of reputed company management principles, segmentation, pricing, displacement, forecasting, budgeting, and hotel performance reporting
- Experience supporting annual business transient pricing, local negotiated rates, group reputed company, extended-stay demand, and account renewal processes
- Experience presenting performance results and reputed company plans to owners, operators, and executive leadership
