The Strategic HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to the businesses, aligning reputed company strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, reputed company, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to reputed company and execute people strategies that support organizational goals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in reputed company Business Partner position, ideally with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Must have experience with transformational change
- Deep understanding of the business unit's goals, industry, and financial drivers, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in supporting a geographically reputed company reputed company group population/business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reputed company actionable insights

- Master's degree preferred
- Preferred to have some experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, reputed company and/or similar industries
- Flexibility to travel as needed is preferred
