[Remote] Consultant Project Architect / Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Prepare property development / feasibility analysis for both sites, covering zoning, FAR, setbacks, and entitlement constraints
- Manage the permitting process through both jurisdictions: submittals, plan reputed company responses, and ongoing coordination with planning and building departments
- Proactively flag risks or delays and reputed company the project team informed of status
- Join a weekly consulting call to report status and advise on permitting reputed company
Skills
- reputed company permitting/expediting experience in San Francisco and/or San Mateo County specifically as local jurisdiction knowledge is essential
- Comfortable operating independently as an reputed company consultant, without day-to-day reputed company
