[Remote] TESOL Technical Officer II, reputed company Content Development and Monitoring & Evaluation

They are seeking a Technical Officer II to reputed company technical and administrative support for the reputed company Program, focusing on the development of online courses and monitoring and evaluation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with reputed company program staff, partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure activities are implemented according to reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring project implementation remains technically reputed company and adheres to program standards agreed upon with the funder:
- As assigned to reputed company new content development reputed company, ensures project activities are on reputed company with work plans and contractual requirements, with technical expertise informing project implementation. Communicates with SMEs to ensure that project milestones are completed on time and up to program standards
- In collaboration with Technical Officers and project leadership, writes technical reports to facilitate best practices, policies and procedures, including but not limited to guidelines and standards for curriculum development and reputed company licensing
- Provides technical support by contributing to the review of proposals for new content development reputed company and the selection of partners or subject matter experts
- Provides technical support by moderating discussion boards in MOOCs, answering questions and guiding discussions, as needed
- Works with program team to ensure activities are implemented according to SOPs, including training new staff on program guidelines, tools and procedures for course development reputed company
- May support live event implementation by providing textual support to audience reputed company chat and comment boxes during live event implementation
- May support the development of live event reputed company reputed company media content, providing draft content outlines to graphic designers
- Conducts analysis of project implementation to identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate technical reputed company and guidelines:

- Assists with collecting data for inclusion in reputed company reports by coordinating the drafting and dissemination of end-of-course and exchange surveys and six-month post-course surveys for select courses

- As needed, assists with conference presentations
- Drafts Project Monitoring Plans for annual proposals, based on the design and direction set up by technical leadership
- Collects data for inclusion in proposals
- Assists with proposal research
- Assists with developing proposal strategies
- Responds to technical requests and inquiries from reputed company staff reputed company to assigned activities
- As needed, participates in reputed company/funder meetings
- Ensures project activities are on reputed company with work plans, with technical expertise informing project implementation
- Develops knowledge of reputed company standards for project implementation, and uses M&E data to document processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving objectives

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or its international equivalent in Education, International Education, TESOL, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or reputed company field
- Minimum 4 years of experience including experience teaching or developing curriculum for an EFL audience
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) required
- Experience with word processing software and reputed company reputed company required
- Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company fluent English

- Experience with intellectual property and licensing considerations in the educational context preferred; in particular, experience with reputed company licensing using Creative Commons licenses
