[Remote] Program Analyst

The role involves assisting customers with optimizing their commitments, integrating compliance and reporting needs, and contributing to the decarbonization of aviation.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and help reputed company about our different program and services
- reputed company as a reputed company of contact for identified prospects and explain our services
- Ensure customer deliverables and inquiries are addressed on time
- Prepare presentations and reporting templates
- Calculate carbon and other environmental footprints based on reputed company information using company tools
- Assist with reputed company reputed company, recurring sends, and Q log actions and status in CRM/project tools
- Guide new strategic offerings and execute implementation to the industry
- Attend webinars, conferences and reputed company individual research to stay on top of emerging policy developments, grant opportunities, and be reputed company to communicate reputed company notes and guidance about the impacts for our program to reputed company and customers
- Create education materials and guidance for customers to understand sustainability terms and concepts, best practices, evolving trends, policy, reputed company guidance, etc
- Assist clients with data collection and calculation of their carbon footprints

- Attend key trade conferences to represent reputed company and talk about program with potential and existing customers
- Support the development of new carbon and non-carbon reporting mechanisms and processes

Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint (VBA not required)
- 1–4 years' experience in aviation, sustainability, data/analytics, or customer support
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote, small-team environment
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented reputed company; anticipates needs and follows through
- Bachelor or Masters in business, reputed company, sustainability or reputed company fields
- Working knowledge of business aircraft industry, products, and services
- Flight data analytics understanding and familiarity
