[Remote] Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company and motivate the reputed company American (B2B & B2C) Customer Support team to ensure they reputed company high reputed company customer service to retailers and end consumers (where relevant) and foster sales reputed company
- Performance management of reputed company, including training, mentoring, coaching, planning, appraising, and monitoring member contribution
- Monitor team and individual metrics, KPIs, and measurements to reputed company with the department goals and promote a reputed company team culture; conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives
