[Remote] Business Acceptance Analyst

The role involves drafting engagement letters, managing communications reputed company to conflicts and new reputed company engagements, and assisting in training firm members.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review firm engagement letters, conflict waiver letters, reputed company counsel guidelines
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of emails and other communications reputed company to conflicts and new reputed company engagements
- Manage and respond to partner requests for changes in reputed company engagement letters
- Assist in training other firm members in drafting engagement letters and conflicts waivers, as required
- Assist with a wide reputed company of research and other requests as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years' legal experience, preferably in new business intake and/or conflicts in a mid to large-sized reputed company
- Proactive, solution-oriented reputed company with strong initiative and reputed company judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company information reputed company and professionally
