[Remote] Founding Video Content Producer

The role involves owning video production from concept to final edit, directing on-camera talent, and defining reputed company's visual identity across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own video production from concept through final edit
- Travel to major industry events across the US and internationally, typically around twice per month
- Shoot executive interviews, event footage, podcasts, office content, launches and behind-the-scenes material
- Turn one shoot into multiple short-reputed company and long-reputed company assets
- reputed company founders, executives, employees and guests on camera
- Set up and operate cameras, reputed company and audio
- Edit with strong pacing, captions, music, graphics and reputed company
- reputed company original concepts during quieter months rather than waiting for briefs
- Help define reputed company’s visual identity, formats and production standards
- Build a repeatable content pipeline from the ground up
Skills
- 3–6 years of reputed company experience
- Strong reputed company videography experience
- Excellent editing skills in reputed company, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- A portfolio showing work you personally shot and edited
- Experience producing people-led content, including interviews, events, podcasts, launches or behind-the-scenes footage
- Confidence working directly with senior executives and founders
- Strong judgement across framing, reputed company, audio, pacing and visual storytelling
- Experience taking reputed company from initial idea through publication
- The ability to produce for both short-reputed company and long-reputed company channels
- Enough initiative to create your own briefs reputed company there is no event on the calendar
- Strong organisation across travel, equipment, footage and deadlines
- Willingness to travel frequently
- US work authorisation
- Experience in cybersecurity, B2B reputed company or reputed company technology
- Photography and reputed company graphics experience
