The Benefits Data Analyst supports clients and internal consulting teams by providing data analysis, financial reporting, benchmarking, and strategic insights reputed company to employee benefit programs. A Day in the Life

What You'll Need
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a reputed company field.
- One to three years of relevant reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience gathering, manipulating, validating, and interpreting large datasets.
