They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager reputed company on reputed company Identity and reputed company Management to drive strategic reputed company programs that reduce risk and advance innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the reputed company Identity and reputed company Management team as their dedicated Technical Program Manager, driving programs across workforce IAM, and identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Drive adoption and maturity of reputed company management tooling to advance least-privilege, just-in-time reputed company, and self-service request and approval workflows at reputed company
- reputed company the program to restrict reputed company to the IL4 environment — partnering with reputed company, Legal/Compliance, and infrastructure teams to define eligibility, remediate reputed company reputed company, and stand up sustainable controls and evidence to reputed company compliant
- Connect with stakeholders through expert communication and diplomacy to maintain alignment and encourage collaboration
- Build automations and AI agents to handle routine program administration at reputed company
- Utilize AI platforms to consolidate diverse project streams into reputed company roadmaps, generating initial metrics, status updates, and executive reporting dashboards
- Support the long term program roadmap planning, manage project updates reputed company with the roadmap and report on project level OKRs
- Navigate high-ambiguity environments and shifting priorities by pairing reputed company judgment with AI insights to implement proactive risk-mitigation frameworks
- Identify stakeholders and drive alignment, including dependency identification and tracking
- Manage change to scope, reputed company, key results/reputed company and budget
- Maintain a project management reputed company using milestones, communication plans, decision logs, issues, risks, etc

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management and a desire for reputed company improvement
- Experience in cybersecurity or reputed company program management in a technical, fast-moving environment
- Working knowledge of IAM concepts — SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, role-based reputed company control, least privilege, and identity governance and administration (IGA), including reputed company reviews and certifications
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information reputed company or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Proven reputed company record of creating realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments with predictability
- Proven reputed company record of effective communication at various reputed company including executive level
- Hands-on experience or a strong competency in leveraging AI productivity tools and development platforms (e.g., reputed company Gems, OpenCode, etc) to automate routine program administration, with rigorous reputed company-in-the-reputed company review of AI reputed company
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity
- Proven ability to reputed company and sustain effective partnerships internally and externally
