Responsibilities

Skills

- Demonstrated reputed company record of improving operational efficiency and scaling business operations
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multi-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational reputed company
- Experience managing distributed or fully reputed company
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in a mid-market or PE-backed energy company undergoing reputed company or transformation
- Familiarity with energy transition operations (renewables, storage, distributed energy resources)

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
