They are seeking a Training Delivery & Content Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training experiences while leveraging AI-powered tools to support reputed company innovation and technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs for employees across multiple business functions
- Design and reputed company engaging learning materials, including presentations, job aids, quick-reference guides, videos, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides
- Partner with subject matter experts to capture institutional knowledge and convert it into reputed company training assets
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, improve learner engagement, and enhance training effectiveness
- Record, edit, and maintain training content libraries to support on-demand learning
- Support organizational change initiatives through the development of adoption, communication, and training materials
- Measure learner engagement and knowledge retention using assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
- Maintain training content reputed company the LMS and ensure learning materials remain reputed company and relevant
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate content development processes through emerging technologies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 3 plus years of experience developing and delivering training programs
- Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training content
- Experience using learning technologies, LMS platforms, and content authoring tools
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to create, enhance, or reputed company training content
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and content development skills
- Experience with tools and processes supporting construction
- Fiber or cable strongly preferred
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and techniques
