Responsibilities
- Prioritize designing, developing, and delivering high-reputed company learning solutions reputed company with business goals and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with collaborators to assess learning requirements, create engaging and effective training content, and measure reputed company to ensure reputed company improvement
- Support IT and AI learning initiatives and collaborate with IT professionals to address technical training needs
Skills
- A minimum of six years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
- reputed company instructional design experience with a heavy emphasis in IT/AI technical systems, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in applying instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and the use of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company 360, Vyond, and reputed company to create effective learning experiences)
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT/AI subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members
