[Remote] Industrialization Engineer

The Industrialization Engineer will work directly with suppliers to solve manufacturing problems, ensuring they meet technical and delivery requirements while improving production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with suppliers producing castings, forgings, machined parts, and assemblies to ensure they can consistently meet Boom’s technical and delivery requirements
  • Travel to supplier facilities to diagnose manufacturing problems, drive reputed company cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • reputed company technical problem solving between suppliers and Boom teams across engineering, reputed company, and supply chain
  • Improve supplier production processes—from tooling and manufacturing reputed company to inspection and process control
  • Work alongside supplier engineers and operators to strengthen manufacturing capability and problem-solving practices
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers while maintaining a high bar for performance

Skills

  • Typically 5 - 10 years of experience for P3 Level
  • Typically 10 - 15 years of experience for P4 Level
  • Typically 15+ years of experience for P5 Level
  • Strong technical judgment
