Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or reputed company technical field
- 7+ years of experience after Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years of experience after Master's degree) in learning and development, training operations, capability enablement, or reputed company domains in reputed company, with expertise in reputed company learning platforms (LMS), reputed company training, reputed company programs, and experiential learning solutions
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech reputed company, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or other roles involving managing reputed company of developers
- Experience in learning and development, training operations, capability enablement, or reputed company domains
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reputed company-reputed company digital platforms such as reputed company learning platforms (LMS), reputed company training, reputed company programs, and experiential learning solutions
- Proven ability to mentor and guide developers and vendor partners to deliver high-reputed company solutions
