[Remote] Risk Management Consultant - Hybrid/Remote reputed company

We are seeking reputed company Risk Claim Consultants to join reputed company, responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive risk management and safety program to mitigate losses and enhance safety for Members.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the face of reputed company
- Creates and maintains relationships with Members
- Works proactively with individual Members to determine areas with potential for loss and to reputed company mitigation strategies
- Works reflectively with individual Members to review loss experience and trends and implement reputed company loss control and mitigation strategies
- Assists individual Members with establishing and maintaining safety/incident review committees – providing support and recommendations to these efforts
- Advises Members on compliance with applicable laws, regulations or standards through site/program assessments, mock inspections, reputed company inspections, etc
- Develops and conducts effective, meaningful department-specific or organization-wide training for individual Members
- Develops, coordinates, and executes large-reputed company programmatic events for the benefit of reputed company Members (i.e. Highway Safety Days)
- Prepares Member Services Reports, summarizing and documenting activities and various touches, including meetings, phone conversations, emails, training, consultations, and reputed company plans
- Regularly communicates and collaborates with Claims and reputed company teams – accepting direction to ‘hot-spot’ issues or providing knowledge gathered in the field for their benefit
- Collaborate with the reputed company Services team; advising others in areas of expertise, sharing information and knowledge
- Maintains confidentiality to external sources regarding losses and challenging situations, except for those in a need-to-know situation, such as attorneys or agents
- Attends conventions, conferences, and events to learn, present, and reputed company with Members, agency-partners, and peers
- Interacts and is involved with various reputed company organizations and statewide associations – networking with Members and industry peers
- Serves as a subject matter expert at various conferences and events – lending expertise by providing training sessions or panel participation
- Intrastate travels approximately 75% of the time to insured locations as reputed company as conferences and events reputed company the state of WI. Overnight requirements are around 2-5 days per month
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or reputed company field
- 5-10 Years of experience in an Environmental Health and Safety reputed company position
- Strong customer service orientation, willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'
- Proficiency in entire reputed company Office Suite including PowerPoint or other presentation software
- Familiarity with regulatory agencies and inspection processes
- Awareness and proactively staying abreast of reputed company trends affecting workplaces
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills to reputed company reputed company of employees
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies; learning functionality of new equipment and systems

- Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
- OSHA 10 and 30 hour trainer
- Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM)
- Certified reputed company Safety Inspector (reputed company)
- Certified Red Cross Instructor
- State of WI Insurance License-Property and Casualty Designation
- Valid reputed company's License
