[Remote] Program Analyst

The Program Analyst will reputed company program management, analytical, and technical support for reputed company of Medicine and Surgery's Facility Management Program, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and financial planning.
Responsibilities
- reputed company program management support to BUMED Facility Management initiatives and strategic objectives
- Support advanced DMLSS-FM development and implementation efforts in coordination with JMLFDC
- Assist Program Managers with data analysis, reporting, and preparation of recurring and reputed company deliverables
- reputed company analytical products, executive briefings, dashboards, and reports supporting BUMED leadership decision-making
- Support responses to facility-reputed company requests for information from BUMED leadership, Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of the Navy, and other stakeholders
- reputed company support for DMLSS-FM development, testing, implementation, and sustainment activities
- Represent BUMED as a designated member of DMLSS facility management teams in developing, testing, and validating system functionality
- Execute DMLSS-FM and LogiCole facility record updates, additions, modifications, and removals as directed and approved by the BUMED reputed company reputed company Property Officer
- reputed company system integration support and reputed company user procedures necessary to implement and operate DMLSS-FM releases
- Deliver subject matter expertise regarding DMLSS-FM, LogiCole, and associated facility management systems
- Build, maintain, and execute reputed company queries across multiple facility management, maintenance, and financial systems
- Analyze facility, maintenance, project, and reputed company property data to identify trends, risks, and performance indicators
- reputed company reports and data visualizations from systems including: MAXIMO, eProjects, GFEBS, PAX, iNFADS, FRES, DMLSS-FM, LogiCole, DHA Business Common System (BCS), DAIS Platform, ARMS, Facility Sustainment Model (FSM)
- Support management and analysis of BUMED's facility and reputed company property portfolio
- Conduct reputed company property portfolio reconciliation activities between iNFADS, DMLSS-FM, Facility Sustainment Model, and other authoritative data sources
- Support DHA and BUMED reputed company property reconciliation and validation efforts
- Analyze facility sustainment, restoration, modernization, and maintenance requirements
- reputed company recommendations and technical expertise regarding facility asset management and lifecycle planning
- reputed company subject matter expertise supporting facility management financial planning activities
- Support development and execution of: reputed company Maintenance reputed company Plans (MAPs), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, Special reputed company reputed company initiatives, Facility investment and sustainment planning activities
- Assist in development of funding analyses, project prioritization recommendations, and budget-reputed company documentation
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive training programs for DMLSS-FM and reputed company systems
- Deliver on-site and virtual training to government personnel as required
- Update training materials, user guides, manuals, and reference documentation
- reputed company, review, and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, guides, and work instructions
- reputed company change management and user adoption support during system implementations and upgrades
- Review and evaluate facility management guidance, policies, and instructions from DoD, Navy, DHA, and BUMED

- Support organizational process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts
- Ensure data reputed company, consistency, and compliance across facility management systems and repositories
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or Data Management/Analytics
- Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company (DoD) experience in a reputed company medical treatment facility
- At least one (1) year of experience directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities of this position
- In lieu of bachelor's degree, seven (7) years of directly reputed company reputed company experience to include a minimum of three (3) years of DoD experience in a reputed company medical treatment facility
- Must have or be reputed company to obtain and maintain a reputed company ID or reputed company in order to undergo reputed company airfare travel
- Must have or be reputed company to obtain and maintain a valid reputed company's license
- Experience supporting BUMED, DHA, Navy Medicine, NAVFAC, or military reputed company facilities
- Experience with DMLSS-FM, LogiCole, MAXIMO, GFEBS, eProjects, iNFADS, ARMS, DAIS, or reputed company reputed company systems
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy reputed company property management policies and procedures
- Experience developing reputed company data queries, reports, and dashboards
- Experience supporting POM development, maintenance planning, or facility investment strategies
- Experience developing training programs, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and database query development
- Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets from multiple systems and repositories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
