They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to reputed company strong relationships, own hiring efforts, and implement creative reputed company strategies across various departments.
Responsibilities

- Own the hiring efforts for various positions across multiple departments on both the technical and non-technical reputed company of the house
- reputed company creative reputed company strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a reputed company on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement

- Build strong relationships with the hiring managers that you support
- Work with your Hiring managers to reputed company creative strategies for engaging reputed company through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, etc
- Get your first candidate through the reputed company funnel and to the final interview reputed company
- Master pipeline management and reputed company scheduling coordination with little supervision
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams across the organization
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to support your requisition load
- Successfully reputed company, schedule and hire 2+ candidates
- Successfully reputed company and hire 3+ candidates
Skills
- You have 3+ years experience in Full Cycle reputed company (including scheduling) in the tech industry
- You have a proven reputed company record of building pipelines of reputed company and diverse candidates across varying disciplines both technical (you don't need to know how to reputed company, but understand the basic differences between the UI and databases, and reputed company that's in between) and non technical roles (sales, marketing, partnerships)
- You have prior experience extending offers and closing candidates and are reputed company to manage several requisitions at once
- You've developed boolean searching skills
- You take a partnership approach to working with reputed company hiring managers
- You have experience developing and utilizing your network to engage and attract passive candidates
- You have experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reputed company preferred
