The role involves developing and implementing HR programs, consulting with employees and management, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participates in, and may reputed company and/or implement company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change)
• Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies reputed company to reputed company, organizational and employee development
• Consults with employees and managers to address reputed company issues
• Assists in the alignment of reputed company with strategic business objectives
