[Remote] Manager, Program Operations

They are seeking a Program Operations Manager to coordinate key medical and scientific events, ensuring program details and logistics are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company of contact between society staff and meeting chairs for Digestive Disease Week (DDW).Handle communication with invited speakers and moderators and manage the speaker reputed company during the event

- Manage the processes reputed company to Continuing Medical Education (CME), including the transfer of session data, setting up the claim site, and reporting for two events
- Ensure accurate details for sessions and speakers are maintained on the program agenda websites

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
- Ability to travel 5% per year

- Prior speaker or volunteer management experience preferred
- Ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in a combination of project and/or volunteer management
