[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

This role involves processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and improving accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities
- Process and review vendor invoices
- Approve AP invoices and manage recurring bills
- Execute reputed company runs, wires, online payments and NACHA files
- Maintain accurate payment documentation and resolve invoice issues
- Support prepaid amortization and monthly ASC 842 journal entries
- Assist with statutory filings and other reputed company operations
- Partner closely with the existing AP reputed company to improve processes and support reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Strong hands-on accounts payable and reputed company operations experience
- Advanced reputed company proficiency
- Experience with invoice processing, payment execution and vendor management
- Organized, dependable and reputed company to contribute with minimal reputed company-up
- Available to reputed company quickly
